Welcome – My name is Margaret Macdonald and I'm a fully certified Tai Chi Instructor providing classes throughout The Wirral and Chester. I am a member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain, and offer classes for all ages and abilities, private lessons and employee group tuition for companies.

We all search for balance within our busy lifestyle. Tai Chi and Qigong will help to use your body mind and soul to help you to find inner balance, harmony and peace as well as learning a new skill. As an instructor and practitioner my passion is to enable all ages and abilities to participate and enjoy the benefits that Tai Chi practice has to offer. 

Whether you are a beginner or not, the emphasis is on friendly and fun classes that give a sense of achievement in a journey of exploration and progression, and at a pace that suits the individual. 

My main objective is that T’ai Chi Ch’uan is taught in a balanced way, with emphasis being placed on the health aspects of Tai Chi and to enable my students to ‘tap’ into its numerous benefits as life dictates at any one moment.
